a small, loud, scrappy indie game studio. five humans, no more. we ship weird games on weird platforms — mobile, PC, handheld, browser, dreams.

shipping. coffee-powered. currently: building 03 new things at once.
Mobile, PC, handheld, browser, a weird kiosk in a gallery — we pick whatever serves the idea. If the idea wants to be a watch face, it becomes a watch face.
Under ten people on purpose. Every hand touches the game. Every voice lands in the meeting. No one is here to babysit Jira.
A game that's strange and alive beats a game that's slick and forgettable. Prototype on week one. If it doesn't make us laugh or flinch, we shelve it.
We'd rather release six small weird things than spend six years on one. Bugs are features; patches are love letters.

read entry →Litchi Studio started in 2023 as three friends, two laptops and one very loud mechanical keyboard in a shared studio on Jeju Island. We're now five people — designers, coders, animators, musicians, and one person who refuses to pick a title.
We make games. That's it. Mobile games you play on the subway. PC games you play at 3am. Weirder things that technically count as games if you squint. We like working small because it means every idea has to earn its keep — and every member's fingerprints end up on the final disk.
We don't do "Indie (TM)" — no pixel-art nostalgia by default, no lo-fi beats shortcut, no safe bets. We ship what's actually on our minds, even when it's 19 minutes long and vaguely unsettling.
> if it's honest, and it's weird, and it's ours — we ship it.
